The submitting author of an abstract will ALWAYS receive email correspondence of the outcome of the submission regardless of the result. If you do not receive an email advising the result of your submission please email: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as convenient.
The timing of presentation and discussion of all accepted papers is at the discretion of the organising committee.
Notification of the timing of presentations will appear in correspondence sent to all successful authors.
Authors must be registrants at the Conference for their abstract to appear in the publications or on the website.
