Our new credit card security policies imply that we will never hold your credit card details. This means that the registration process will be by electronic means. Online registration allows you to register quickly and easily; it also provides an automatic email confirmation verifying that your registration has been received. Registering online allows you to register for what you want and provide feedback instantly to any functions that may not have tickets available.


Summary of Registration Fee

Full Registration (13 – 15 October 2017) includes:

  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Certificate of attendance (upon request)
  • Final program
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea (as applicable)
  • Entry to the industry exhibition
  • Welcome reception (Friday 13 October)

Venous Symposium registration (Monday 16 October 2017) includes:

  • Access to Venous Symposium sessions
  • Certificate of attendance (upon request)
  • Morning breaks and lunch (as applicable)

Delegates who register only for the Monday Symposium will not have access to the Conference sessions.

Industry Representatives Registration
Includes entry to the industry exhibition, morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas. Industry representatives are welcome to attend normal scientific sessions if seating is available but are requested not to actively participate. Please note access to conference dinner is strictly limited to conference sponsors only. Industry representatives must register on the sponsorship / exhibition registration form in the sponsorship prospectus.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. You can pay your registration fee by all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or cheque (via filling out the pdf registration form).
